CIM Group has announced the completion of 2535 Alsace, a new six-story apartment complex featuring 47 residential units in Los Angeles' West Adams neighborhood. Situated just north of Adams Boulevard, the development introduces a blend of studio and one-bedroom apartments to the area, complemented by amenities such as a rooftop deck. The building also incorporates approximately 400 square feet of office space on its ground floor, contributing to a mixed-use environment.

The Mid-Wilshire-based firm strategically utilized local development incentives, which enabled the construction of a larger structure than what traditional zoning rules would typically allow. As a condition for these density bonuses, four of the new apartments have been set aside for rent by very low-income households, directly addressing the ongoing demand for affordable housing options. This project further expands CIM Group's growing presence in West Adams, adding to its collection of residential developments, including an adjacent building at 2599 Alsace and other similar properties on Adams Boulevard. The completion of 2535 Alsace exemplifies how developers are leveraging incentive programs to increase housing density and deliver much-needed supply in urban markets.
