Construction Advances on 281-Unit Mixed-Use Development in San Pedro
Seven months after breaking ground, the Jules San Pedro mixed-use apartment complex is seeing vertical construction at 625 S. Beacon Street and 155 W. 6th Street in Los Angeles' San Pedro neighborhood. Developed by High Street Residential, a subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, in partnership with Haseko North America, the project is situated near the Los Angeles Waterfront.
Plans for the eight-story building include 281 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, alongside 1,276 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and integrated parking. KFA Architecture designed the contemporary podium-style structure, which will feature courtyards above its parking deck. Completion for Jules San Pedro is anticipated by the second quarter of 2028. This development marks Trammell Crow Company's second project in Downtown San Pedro, complementing their nearby Vivo on Harbor development and proximity to the $500-million West Harbor project.
