HVN Development Plans 81-Unit Affordable Housing Project in Los Angeles’ North Hollywood

HVN Development is moving forward with plans for a new affordable housing complex located at 5822 N. Lemp Avenue in the North Hollywood area of Los Angeles. The proposed five-story building is designed to include 81 apartments, all of which will be reserved for low- and moderate-income residents. Notably, the project does not incorporate on-site parking, a feature common in developments leveraging citywide housing incentives.

Stockton Architects is responsible for the design of the contemporary podium-type structure, which renderings depict with an exterior of blue and white stucco. This development is part of HVN Development's broader strategy, as the company is actively working on more than a dozen affordable housing projects across the City of Los Angeles, including sites in Westchester and Sawtelle.
