InfinitSpace Enters U.S. Market with 32,000 SF Coworking Lease in Downtown Los Angeles
European flexible workspace provider InfinitSpace is expanding into the U.S. market, establishing its first location in Downtown Los Angeles. The company announced a long-term management partnership at the Desmond’s Building, a historic property located at 612 South Broadway. This initial 32,000-square-foot facility, operating under InfinitSpace’s Beyond brand, is slated to open on November 2nd.
The new workspace will occupy floors two through five, offering approximately 400 memberships across private offices, shared areas, meeting rooms, and lounges. There is also an option to expand onto the sixth floor, adding another 8,500 square feet. Unlike traditional coworking models, InfinitSpace utilizes an asset-light management approach, allowing property owners to retain building control while InfinitSpace manages operations, sales, marketing, and technology, including an AI platform for administrative tasks.
This Los Angeles site marks InfinitSpace's 15th global location, with the company aiming for 30 U.S. sites within the next two years, focusing on cities like San Francisco, Austin, Seattle, and New York. The Desmond’s Building was acquired in 2024 for $16.1 million by an entity managed by Jonathan Kim. This model offers property owners a flexible solution to enhance building productivity and adapt to evolving workspace demands.
