Vertical construction has commenced for Jules San Pedro, a new mixed-use apartment complex located at 625 S. Beacon Street and 155 W. 6th Street in San Pedro. This milestone follows seven months after the project's groundbreaking. Developed through a joint venture between High Street Residential, a subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, and Haseko North America, the eight-story building will feature 281 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Additionally, the development will incorporate 1,276 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and dedicated parking.

Designed by KFA Architecture as a contemporary podium-type structure with courtyards above its parking deck, Jules San Pedro is strategically positioned a short walk from the Los Angeles Waterfront. This project marks Trammell Crow Company's second venture in Downtown San Pedro, building on the success of their nearby Vivo on Harbor development. Its proximity to the upcoming $500-million West Harbor development, which includes commercial space and a concert venue, underscores the area's ongoing revitalization. Completion of the Jules San Pedro complex is anticipated by the second quarter of 2028, adding significant residential and commercial capacity to the San Pedro market.
