Radha Group Breaks Ground on 81-Unit Mixed-Use Development in Brentwood

Work has commenced on a new seven-story mixed-use development at 11905 Wilshire Boulevard in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles. Spearheaded by Nirup Venkatachalam of Radha Group, the project will deliver 81 apartments across studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts, positioned above approximately 3,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a 105-vehicle parking garage.

Designed by Carrier Johnson + Culture, the contemporary podium building includes residential amenities such as two outdoor decks, a fitness center, and a public plaza. The developer leveraged State Density Bonus incentives to exceed standard base zoning allowances on the corner parcel. In return for the additional building envelope, nine units will be reserved exclusively as affordable housing for very low-income households.

According to environmental documentation approved by the City of Los Angeles, construction is projected to span approximately two years. The development highlights ongoing infill density along major Westside commercial corridors through density bonus provisions.
