Fort Partners Acquires Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort for Over $112 Million
Fort Partners, a Fort Lauderdale-based firm led by Nadim Ashi, has acquired the Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort for at least $112.6 million. The oceanfront hotel, located at 2842 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, Florida, was purchased from real estate investor Jeff Greene. While property records indicate a $112.6 million price, some reports suggest the total sale, including furniture and equipment, reached $150 million.
The 99,412-square-foot Tideline property, built in 1980, features 134 rooms, a pool, a spa, and two restaurants. Fort Partners assumed an existing $55 million loan, which Madison Realty Capital subsequently increased to $108 million. This acquisition expands Fort Partners' significant presence in South Florida, as the firm already owns the adjacent Four Seasons resort and all other Four Seasons properties in the region. The move underscores Fort Partners' strategic growth in Palm Beach County, following other recent property transactions in the area, signaling continued investment in the luxury hospitality market.
