Allied Global Marketing Renews 28,000 SF Office Lease in Woolworth Building
Allied Global Marketing, an agency focused on the hospitality and sports sectors, has renewed its lease for 28,098 square feet of office space in the Woolworth Building. The firm will continue to occupy the entire 13th floor of the Lower Manhattan landmark, owned by Cammeby's International, where it has been a tenant since 2016. The new lease term is for three years.
While the specific asking rent was not disclosed, the average office asking rent in Lower Manhattan was reported at $61.34 per square foot in the second quarter of 2026, according to a CBRE report. Aron Weber, regional director at Cammeby’s, highlighted that tenants choosing the Woolworth Building seek more than conventional office space, valuing the building's identity and community.
Cammeby’s was represented by David Ofman and Brian Siegel of the Lawrence Group, while David Dusek from Cushman & Wakefield negotiated on behalf of Allied Global Marketing. Dusek noted the location's ideal fit for employees due to exceptional public transportation access and the building's iconic status. This renewal underscores the continued appeal of landmark office properties in prime urban locations for established firms.
