GFP Real Estate Finalizes Three Office Leases at Film Center Building in Hell’s Kitchen
GFP Real Estate has successfully completed three new office lease transactions at its Film Center Building, situated at 630 Ninth Avenue in Hell's Kitchen. The largest of these agreements is a three-year, 4,422-square-foot lease on the 14th floor for the Irish Arts Center. This space will serve as a temporary home while the center's permanent location at 553 West 51st Street undergoes redevelopment.
In addition to the Irish Arts Center, theatrical management firm Thompson Turner Productions renewed its 3,715-square-foot lease on the 11th floor for another five years. The Climate Museum also extended its 2,941-square-foot office on the 10th floor for a one-year term. Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord in all three transactions. Cameron Tuttle of Denham Wolf negotiated for the Irish Arts Center, and Carri Lyon of Cushman & Wakefield represented Thompson Turner Productions.
These transactions underscore the Film Center Building's appeal to a diverse range of organizations, from cultural institutions to creative businesses, highlighting its value and flexible offerings within the competitive Midtown office market.
