John Allan’s Grooming Club Leases 3,000 SF at 4 East 46th Street in Midtown East
John Allan’s, a prominent men’s grooming and hair brand, has signed a 3,000-square-foot lease at 4 East 46th Street in Midtown East, New York City. This move will establish a new flagship location for the club, which is relocating from its previous address at 575 Fifth Avenue.
The lease agreement was facilitated by CBRE, which represented John Allan’s, while Lee & Associates NYC negotiated on behalf of the building's ownership, Jeong Hoon Kim. The asking rent for the property was reported at $60 per square foot. John Allan's has been a fixture in the Grand Central area for over three decades, known for pioneering a modern men's grooming concept that integrates traditional barbering with salon services and a private club atmosphere.
This relocation allows the brand to continue serving its established customer base and uphold its significant presence in New York City. For developers and property owners, this transaction highlights ongoing demand for commercial space in prime Manhattan locations, even for specialized retail and service providers.
