DAUM Brokers $10.6M Sale of Phoenix Industrial Building
DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the sale of a freestanding industrial building at 2520 E. Rose Garden Lane in Phoenix. A private Taiwanese investment company acquired the property from a privately held California company for $10.6 million.
The asset sits in the Deer Valley submarket and spans 43,338 square feet of single-tenant industrial space. Of that total, 6,500 square feet is office area. Both the office and manufacturing sections are fully air conditioned. The building offers an 18-foot clear height, two dock-high loading doors and one ground-level loading door.
Six DAUM brokers represented the seller and found the buyer. The deal was completed off-market, meaning it was not publicly marketed before closing.
For developers and investors, the transaction offers a recent pricing reference for a single-tenant, air-conditioned industrial building with office space in the Phoenix metro industrial market.
