Divine Homes has acquired The Center at Evergreen, an office property located in Evergreen, Colorado, for $3.1 million. The seller in this transaction was Good Signature. This 45,729-square-foot asset, situated on 3 acres at 2922 Evergreen Parkway, was brokered by Marcus & Millichap. Chadd Nelson and Brandon Kramer of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, while Clayton Primm, also from Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer.

At the time of sale, The Center at Evergreen maintained an 80 percent occupancy rate. A significant long-term tenant, U.S. Bank, has occupied space in the building since 1980, providing a stable income stream.
