Hines and Urban Street Development Secure First Office Tenants for T3 FAT Village in Fort Lauderdale
Hines and Urban Street Development (USD) have announced the first office tenants for T3 FAT Village, a six-story, 180,000-square-foot mass-timber office building located in Fort Lauderdale's Flagler Village. This development is part of the larger $500 million FAT Village mixed-use redevelopment project.
GXO Logistics Inc. has committed to a new 35,000-square-foot office space, while workplace furniture provider CBI Workplace Solutions will relocate its Fort Lauderdale operations to the new property from Las Olas Boulevard. Both companies are expected to open their new offices next year, signaling strong initial leasing momentum for the innovative building.
Blanca Commercial Real Estate is managing the office leasing for T3 FAT Village. Christina Jolley, Chris Harak, and Kevin Carrasco of Blanca CRE facilitated the lease for GXO, while David Hillegas and A.J. Belt of Cushman & Wakefield represented CBI Workplace Solutions. The developers anticipate revealing the ground-level retail and restaurant tenants later this year, further enhancing the mixed-use appeal of the project.
