Kabat Chapman & Ozmer LLP has leased 13,000 square feet at Shorenstein Properties' 14th & Spring tower, located at 1150 Spring Street in Midtown Atlanta. This move represents a substantial expansion for the labor and employment firm, which previously occupied 1,500 square feet in Atlantic Station. Shorenstein acquired the 324,000-square-foot building in April 2024 when it was vacant, later securing engineering firm HNTB as its first major tenant.

Other significant activity in Atlanta includes CP Group signing Live-K Karaoke for 10,500 square feet at the renovated CNN Center, now known as The CTR, in Downtown Atlanta. Development is also active with Pape-Dawson applying for land work for The Residences at West End, a 175-unit affordable housing project at 715 Whitehall Street, targeting households earning 30% to 80% of the area median income. Additionally, The Atlantic Cos. broke ground on The Berkeley, an adaptive reuse of the former Myers Carpet building at 1500 Northwide Drive, which will introduce over 17,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 4,000 square feet of office along the Atlanta Beltline. These transactions underscore ongoing real estate momentum across Atlanta's diverse submarkets.
