FRP Development Corp., a subsidiary of FRP Holdings, has announced the completion of the Logistics Center at Hamilton, a new 170,800-square-foot industrial facility in Central New Jersey. This project represents FRP Development's inaugural completed venture within the state. The development, undertaken in a joint venture with global real estate manager DWS, occupies a 15-acre site strategically positioned at the intersection of I-195 and Route 130 in Hamilton.

The newly delivered building is designed to meet contemporary logistics demands, boasting a clear height of 36 feet, 27 dock-high loading doors, and two drive-in doors. It also incorporates 3,000 square feet of dedicated office space and extensive parking facilities, accommodating 185 cars and 27 trailers. KBC Advisors has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the property. This addition provides significant new industrial capacity to the Central New Jersey market, offering a modern and well-connected option for businesses seeking robust distribution and warehousing solutions.
