Cerity Partners Expands Office Footprint to 68,300 Square Feet at 99 Park Avenue
Wealth management firm Cerity Partners has finalized a substantial expansion of its office space at 99 Park Avenue in Midtown, New York City. The firm added 19,600 square feet on the eighth floor of Global Holdings’ 26-story building, bringing its total footprint to approximately 68,300 square feet. This new agreement is a 15-year direct lease, with an asking rent starting at $90 per square foot.
Cerity Partners previously expanded to 48,671 square feet in December and had occupied space on a sublease basis since at least 2024. The firm is set to transition to direct occupancy next year, consolidating its operations within the building. Global Holdings was represented in-house by Alexander Radmin and by JLL’s Paul Glickman, Diana Biasotti, Kristen Morgan, and Harrison Potter. Cushman & Wakefield’s Nicholas Dysenchuk and Rob Lowe negotiated on behalf of Cerity Partners. This expansion highlights continued demand for prime office space in key urban markets, signaling confidence in physical office environments for established firms.
