Innovo Secures 231,000 Square Feet in Leases at Long Island City Industrial Complex
Innovo Property Group has executed two significant industrial leases totaling 231,000 square feet at 28-90 Review Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. The six-story development, also known as the Review Avenue Complex, sits near Newtown Creek.
In the larger transaction, Roadway Moving leased 117,000 square feet on the ground floor for its moving and storage operations. Spanish waste container manufacturer Contenur signed for 114,000 square feet across the second floor. While lease terms and pricing were not disclosed, Cushman & Wakefield data indicates average Queens industrial asking rents reached $27.50 per square foot during the second quarter of 2026.
Pinnacle Realty represented the landlord in both transactions, with separate Pinnacle brokers representing Roadway Moving. New York Commercial Realty Group negotiated on behalf of Contenur. These commitments follow previous leases finalized at the property in May 2026, which included 78,000 square feet for Edge Auto Rental and 41,000 square feet for 1-800-GOT-JUNK?.
The transactions demonstrate sustained demand for multi-story urban logistics and industrial space across New York City's outer-borough submarkets.
