Located approximately 40 miles north of Dallas in Collin County, this development represents the initial phase of a larger 22-acre site. Phase I will feature 36,000 square feet of retail space distributed across two distinct buildings. Additionally, a two-story structure will offer 23,000 square feet designed for flexible office or additional retail use, catering to a range of business needs. Phased deliveries for these three buildings are anticipated to begin in 2027, indicating a steady progression of the development. Weitzman is managing the leasing efforts for the commercial components of Melissa Park Village. Furthermore, Weitzman is actively marketing additional land within the overall 22-acre site for potential future multifamily development, suggesting a comprehensive approach to the area's growth.
