Cain Food Industries Secures 121,290 SF Industrial Lease in West Dallas
Cain Food Industries Inc., a wholesale supplier specializing in baking ingredients, has secured a significant industrial lease for 121,290 square feet in West Dallas. This strategic move positions the company within a modern 220,741-square-foot facility located at 1107 Conveyor Lane. The property is well-suited for large-scale distribution and warehousing, boasting essential features such as 32-foot clear heights, 62 dock-high doors, and 97 parking spaces, complemented by approximately 3,000 square feet of office space.
The lease negotiations involved prominent commercial real estate representatives. Canon Shoults and Maddy Coffman from Holt Lunsford Commercial advised Cain Food Industries. Representing the landlord, Crow Holdings, were Sarah Ozanne and Lena Thomas of Stream Realty Partners. This transaction reflects the ongoing strength of the industrial real estate sector in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. For developers, architects, and lenders, the deal signifies sustained demand for high-quality industrial assets, particularly those offering robust logistical infrastructure. Such leases are crucial indicators of market vitality and the strategic importance of well-located distribution hubs for businesses like Cain Food Industries.
