33,000 SF Industrial Complex in Houston’s Independence Heights Sold
A 33,000-square-foot industrial complex, Bennington Business Park, located in Houston's Independence Heights area, has been successfully sold. The transaction saw locally based investment firm Crescere Capital Management divest the property to buyer Rivergate Capital. The brokerage firm Moody Rambin played a key role in arranging the sale, with Stephen Ghedi and Lawton Anderson representing the seller.
The industrial complex encompasses 1.3 acres and provides a versatile mix of traditional warehouse and smaller-bay industrial spaces. This acquisition signals robust activity within Houston's industrial real estate sector, particularly for assets that offer adaptable warehouse and light industrial solutions. For developers, architects, and investors, this deal underscores the sustained demand for strategically located industrial properties capable of serving diverse business requirements within Houston's urban core. The sale reinforces the value of established industrial parks in key submarkets, indicating continued investment opportunities in such assets.
