Central Park Post Oak Redevelopment Secures New Retail and Office Tenants in Houston
The Central Park Post Oak redevelopment in Houston's Uptown district has secured new retail and office tenants, marking significant progress in transforming the former Post Oak Central office campus. Developers Midway, 3Edgewood, and Parkway announced new leases for ONESWEAT, a boutique fitness concept, and Little Ruby’s, an all-day dining destination. These retail additions are part of a broader strategy to create a new retail village within the 17-acre mixed-use development, which will feature 150,000 square feet of retail space, including 60,000 square feet of newly created space.
In addition to retail, the project has signed 81,000 square feet of new office leases across Central Park One and Central Park Two. This brings total office leasing commitments to over 280,000 square feet since the redevelopment was unveiled in summer 2025. Notable office tenants include SESCO, leasing 30,000 square feet, and previously announced TDECU headquarters. The project, originally designed by Philip Johnson, aims to offer a comprehensive experience for office tenants and the wider community. For developers and investors, the continued leasing activity underscores strong market demand for modernized mixed-use environments in prime Houston locations.
