The Millennium Tower, a 362,849-square-foot Class A office property located at 10375 Richmond Avenue in Houston's Westchase District, recently finalized new lease agreements exceeding 40,000 square feet. Among the new tenants is HRSS CPAs, a Houston-based accounting firm, which will occupy 19,569 square feet and plans to relocate to a full floor in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Additional leases at the 21-story tower include Ranger Energy Services, securing over 11,000 square feet, and ITI International, a global energy sector service provider. Starwood Land, a Starwood Capital Group company, also committed to space within the building. JP Hutcheson, Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, Millennium Tower LLC, in these transactions, while various firms represented the tenants.

Hutcheson noted that the strong leasing momentum at Millennium Tower reflects a consistent demand for well-situated Class A office environments that aid companies in attracting and retaining talent. The property's strategic Westchase location, accessibility, and recent upgrades to its fitness center and common areas enhance its market appeal. These deals account for 30% of the new leasing volume among vintage Class A buildings in the Westchase submarket for 2026, signaling a continued flight-to-quality trend in the Houston office market for developers and investors.
