JLL Facilitates Sale of 552,550 SF Park Towers Office Complex in Houston’s Galleria District
JLL has successfully brokered the sale of the Park Towers office complex, a significant 552,550-square-foot property located in Houston's prominent Galleria district. The complex consists of two 18-story buildings, originally constructed in 1972 and extensively renovated between 2016 and 2022. Amenities at the site include a fitness center, tenant lounge, conference facilities, an executive boardroom, and a full-service deli.
Regent Properties was the seller in this transaction, represented by JLL's Rick Goings, Kevin McConn, and Jonathan Napper. Interra Capital Group acquired the property, with JLL's Susan Hill leading the team that secured acquisition financing through Morgan Stanley. At the time of the loan closing, Park Towers maintained an 89.5 percent occupancy rate, with notable tenants including tax firm Ryan and Huntington Bank. The new ownership has appointed Transwestern to manage the property's leasing efforts. This deal highlights continued investment activity in Houston's office market, particularly for well-located and recently updated assets.
