Partners Capital Acquires Three Houston Shopping Centers, Nearing $1 Billion in Total Transactions
Partners Capital, the investment platform of Houston-based Partners Real Estate, recently finalized the acquisition of three retail properties situated along Highway 6 in the Copperfield area of northwest Houston. This transaction, executed through Partners Capital’s Opportunity Fund VI, pushes the firm's total transaction volume over the last decade to more than $950 million across nine investment funds.
The acquired Highway 6 Retail Portfolio spans 116,143 square feet and includes Town Square Shopping Center, The Exchange Shopping Center, and Boardwalk Shopping Center. Andrew Pappas, Partner and President of Partners Capital, highlighted the strategic value of gaining scale on a high-traffic retail corridor with an affluent residential base. The company plans to complete renovations at Town Square, bringing it to the same modern standard as The Exchange and Boardwalk, which were recently updated by the previous owner. JLL's John Indelli and Zamar Salas represented the seller, the David Weekley family. This acquisition underscores a continued focus on well-located retail assets with value-add potential for investors.
