Partners Capital, the investment platform of Houston-based Partners Real Estate, has acquired three neighborhood shopping centers in northwest Houston, bringing its total transactions over the past decade close to $1 billion. The acquisition, made through Partners Capital’s Opportunity Fund VI, includes the Town Square Shopping Center, The Exchange Shopping Center, and Boardwalk Shopping Center, all located along Highway 6 in the Copperfield area. The combined portfolio totals 116,143 square feet.

Andrew Pappas, Partner and President of Partners Capital, highlighted the strategic importance of this acquisition, noting it provides significant scale on a highly trafficked retail corridor with an affluent residential base. The company's thesis focuses on acquiring well-located retail assets where their asset management team can enhance value. Carson Grett, Vice President of Retail Acquisitions, mentioned plans to complete a full renovation at Town Square, aligning it with recent modernizations at The Exchange and Boardwalk.

The centers are established fixtures in the community, benefiting from over 50,000 vehicles passing daily on Highway 6. JLL's John Indelli and Zamar Salas represented the seller, the David Weekley family. This investment underscores a continued strategy by Partners Capital to invest in and improve retail properties in key Texas markets.
