Valera Homes Enters Greater Houston Market with Focus on Attainable Housing
Valera Homes, a new residential homebuilding brand and sister company to StoneManor Homes, has officially launched with four communities in the Greater Houston area. The company, led by CEO John Tucker and President Scott Sparks, aims to provide a modern and accessible path to homeownership, leveraging nearly 60 years of combined homebuilding experience.
The initial communities, Alicante, Piccolina, Acres Legacy, and Enclave at Cypresswood, establish Valera's presence across several growing Houston-area markets. Construction is underway, with model homes in Alicante and Piccolina expected to open in October 2026. Valera Homes targets first-time and value-conscious buyers, offering new construction homes generally priced from the $270,000s to the $350,000s.
The brand emphasizes contemporary design, functional floor plans, and a simplified buying process, including curated interior personalization packages. This approach is designed to meet the evolving needs of today's homebuyers who seek modern aesthetics without overwhelming customization choices. Valera Homes plans to expand its community portfolio further throughout Greater Houston, indicating ongoing development opportunities in the region.
