Cadence McShane Completes First Phase of Kyle Technology Park, Adding 75,000 SF Industrial Space
General contractor Cadence McShane has completed the initial 75,000-square-foot phase of Kyle Technology Park, a new industrial development situated in Kyle, Texas. Located in a rapidly expanding southern suburb of Austin, this first phase consists of three individual buildings, each spanning 25,000 square feet.
The project was designed by Studio 8 Architects and developed by TIG Real Estate Services. These newly delivered industrial facilities are built with 35-foot clear heights, a feature designed to accommodate a diverse range of potential tenants and operational needs. The multi-tenant design enhances flexibility for businesses looking for modern industrial space in the region.
This completion represents a key milestone for the larger Kyle Technology Park, an extensive 41-acre development. The master plan for the park envisions a total of 11 buildings, ultimately providing approximately 300,000 square feet of industrial capacity. The delivery of this first phase significantly contributes to the industrial real estate inventory in the Austin metropolitan area's southern growth corridor, offering new opportunities for logistics, manufacturing, and distribution operations.
