Commercial Tenants Expand Footprint in Fort Worth Industrial Park
Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services recently finalized significant tenant expansions totaling 21,600 square feet within Blue Smoke Industrial Park, located in southeast Fort Worth. This Tarrant County industrial park, strategically positioned at the junction of Interstate 30 and SH 287, is specifically tailored to accommodate the needs of small businesses seeking flexible industrial space.
Two companies have notably expanded their operations within the park. Blue Sky Industrial Solutions, a pharmaceutical company, increased its footprint to 14,400 square feet, gaining an additional 3,600 square feet through a renewal and expansion agreement that now sees them occupying four contiguous suites. Concurrently, Core Collab, a distributor of Pilates reformers, doubled its previous space, now leasing 7,200 square feet. This activity highlights a robust demand for industrial and flex space in the Fort Worth area, offering key insights for developers and investors monitoring commercial real estate market dynamics and opportunities for further development or acquisition in similar parks.
