Tiger Woods-Backed Bluejack Ranch Luxury Development Launches Near Fort Worth
Bluejack Ranch, a $2.5 billion luxury residential development and working ranch, is launching just outside Fort Worth, Texas. The 914-acre project, located off State Highway 377 in Aledo, features an 18-hole golf course designed by Tiger Woods' TGR Design, with Woods also a developer. Andy Mitchell, managing partner at Lantern Capital Management, is Woods' partner on the project, which draws parallels to their successful Bluejack National development in Montgomery, Texas.
The first phase of Bluejack Ranch will include approximately 125 luxury homes and golf cottages, with average home prices exceeding $3 million. Sales momentum is reportedly strong, attracting buyers nationwide. Beyond golf, the gated community offers extensive amenities such as horse stables, an equestrian arena, a dude ranch, spa, family entertainment hub, and a golf performance center. A 100-acre commercial and retail district is also planned along Highway 377, indicating significant mixed-use potential for developers and investors in the rapidly growing Fort Worth area.
