How ArchiWise sources, validates, and synthesizes zoning, parcel, hazard, and market data into a single decision-ready view.

1. Sources

We ingest authoritative datasets directly from county assessors, municipal GIS portals, state hazard agencies, and licensed third-party data providers. Every record is versioned with its source and ingest date.

2. Validation

Records are validated against multiple overlapping sources where available. Disagreements are surfaced as conflicts rather than silently resolved, so reviewers can audit the source of each answer.

3. Synthesis

ArchiWise's AI agents query the validated data, cite the underlying records, and translate raw zoning code into plain English answers. Every synthesis links back to the primary source.

4. Continuous improvement

Customer feedback, expert review, and adversarial evaluation feed back into the pipeline. Coverage and accuracy improve on a weekly cadence.
