All intellectual property rights in the Services remain the property of ArchiWise. You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

1.7. Subscription and Billing

Paid services are subject to our Billing Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

1.10. Limitation of Liability

ArchiWise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
