Construction is now underway for the Jules San Pedro, a new mixed-use apartment complex developed by High Street Residential, a subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, in partnership with Haseko North America. Located at 625 S. Beacon Street and 155 W. 6th Street, a short distance from the Los Angeles Waterfront, the eight-story building has begun its vertical ascent seven months after breaking ground.

The project is designed by KFA Architecture and will feature 281 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Additionally, it will include 1,276 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and integrated parking. This development marks Trammell Crow Company's second venture in Downtown San Pedro, building on their previous Vivo on Harbor project nearby.

Expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2028, Jules San Pedro is situated close to the significant $500-million West Harbor development. This new residential and commercial capacity will contribute to the ongoing revitalization efforts in the San Pedro downtown and waterfront district, offering new housing and retail options.
