Whittier Comstock Acquires 135,308 SF Fairway Center II Office Property in Brea for $27.8 Million
Whittier Comstock, a subsidiary of MW Investment owned by Matt Waken, has acquired Fairway Center II, a 135,308-square-foot office property located at 675 Placentia Avenue in Brea, California. The transaction was valued at $27.8 million. At the time of sale, the three-story building was 70.5 percent leased.
Key to the property's tenancy is the County of Orange, California, which occupies over 61,000 square feet under a long-term lease. The asset, situated on 7.8 acres, also includes 617 parking spaces within an onsite structure. CBRE facilitated the deal, with Anthony DeLorenzo, Sammy Cemo, Bryan Johnson, and Jackson Marlow representing the undisclosed seller, while Shaun Moothart and Andrew Post secured financing for Whittier Comstock.
This acquisition reflects continued investment activity in the Southern California office sector, particularly for properties with stable, long-term government tenants.
