DO Capital Group Secures $50M Loan from BHI for Jurupa Valley Master Plan
DO Capital Group has secured a $50 million construction loan from BHI to fund the development of The District at Jurupa Valley, a 239.2-acre master-planned community in Southern California's Inland Empire. The developers originally broke ground on the expansive project on June 4.
Located roughly 50 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles, the master plan incorporates a wide mix of real estate uses. Plans for the site encompass nearly 1,200 housing units, a shopping center featuring dining options, and a 122-key Woodspring Suites hotel. The master plan also integrates logistics and employment hubs, with Bridge Logistics Properties purchasing over 68 acres of the property to construct an industrial facility, alongside dedicated business park space and public parkland.
For regional builders and capital partners, this major financing milestone highlights continued institutional debt appetite for large-scale, diversified master-planned projects combining residential density with logistics infrastructure in the Inland Empire.
