Exterior Finishes Progress on Apple’s 536,000 SF Westside Office Campus
Apple's new 536,000-square-foot office and production campus, located at 8888 Venice Boulevard, is nearing completion as exterior finishes are now taking shape. Situated on the border of Los Angeles and Culver City, the development will feature contemporary four- and five-story buildings designed by Gensler, offering 1,200 subterranean parking spaces. The project includes 58,000 square feet of open space, such as a central courtyard, a park-like alcove on Washington Boulevard, and landscaped promenades along Venice and National Boulevards. This significant expansion is part of Apple's broader commitment to invest $500 billion in the United States and grow its Los Angeles workforce to over 3,000 employees by 2026. The campus joins other major tech and entertainment firms like Warner Bros. Discovery and Amazon, which also occupy substantial space in the burgeoning area near Culver City Station. This substantial commercial development underscores the continued demand for large-scale, high-quality office and production facilities in the Los Angeles region, reinforcing its status as a major hub for tech and entertainment industries and signaling ongoing investment in the local property market.
