Exterior work is nearing completion on the eight-story View at Julian Apartments, an affordable housing development located at 950 West Julian Street in San Jose's historic The Alameda district. This project, a joint venture between Jemcor Development Partners and Pacific Housing, is poised to deliver 297 affordable units and three market-rate residences for property managers by the end of 2026.

The structure, designed by KTGY Architects, will primarily serve low-income households, with specific allocations for very-low and moderate-income residents. The 1.1-acre site, situated near Diridon Station and the SAP Center, includes parking for approximately 85 cars and 75 bicycles, alongside 7,700 square feet for leasing and amenities. Construction commenced in 2024, following the securing of a $107 million financing loan from the California Municipal Finance Authority. This development significantly contributes to San Jose's housing goals, particularly in a neighborhood experiencing ongoing transformation.
