BTI Partners has officially opened The Bread Building, a 25-story luxury residential tower featuring 362 units in downtown Hollywood, Florida. The development is situated on the historic site of the former Hollywood Bread Building, which once housed the Hollywood Bread Co. headquarters. The property offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 507 to 1,210 square feet, with monthly rents starting at $2,146.
