Brasfield & Gorrie Leases 19,330 SF for New South Florida Office in Weston
Construction firm Brasfield & Gorrie has secured a 19,330-square-foot lease at the Weston Pointe I building in Weston, Florida, marking a significant expansion and relocation of its South Florida operations. The general contractor, currently based in Coral Gables, will triple its office footprint with this move, occupying most of the third floor at 2400 North Commerce Parkway. The relocation is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
JLL, with Ryan Levy representing Brasfield & Gorrie, stated that the firm required additional space to accommodate its rapid growth, finding Weston's strategic location and connectivity suitable. The Weston Pointe campus, built between 1999 and 2001, is owned by New York Life Investment Management, which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield's Chase Kulp and Deanna Lobinsky. This expansion in Florida mirrors the company's growth at its Birmingham, Alabama headquarters, where an 88,000-square-foot building is under construction. For developers and commercial brokers, this lease signifies continued demand for office space in strategic South Florida locations, driven by corporate expansion.
