Opus Breaks Ground on 65,000 SF Build-to-Suit Industrial Facility for Viking Industrial Painting in Omaha

Opus has initiated construction on a 65,000-square-foot build-to-suit industrial facility located within the Rainwood Industrial Park in Omaha, Nebraska. This project is designed to become the new corporate headquarters and primary operations base for Viking Industrial Painting, a company specializing in the inspection, painting, and maintenance of municipal water towers.

The 25-year-old firm, which currently maintains six regional offices across the country, will consolidate its back-office support functions and operational activities at this new Omaha location. Opus is serving as both the developer and the design-builder for the project. The new facility is slated for completion in July 2027, representing a significant investment in industrial infrastructure and a tailored solution for a growing company's needs.
