Crossroads, CrownPoint Complete 90-Unit 80East Apartments in Dover
A joint venture between Crossroads Cos. and CrownPoint Group Inc. has completed 80East, a 90-unit multifamily project in Dover, New Jersey, roughly 30 miles west of New York City.
The six-story building offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, and nine of the residences are designated as affordable housing. Shared amenities include a fitness center, a rooftop deck and an entertainment lounge.
Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners designed the property, and L2i Construction served as general contractor. Columbia Bank financed construction, which started in summer 2024. The article did not disclose starting rents.
The project adds mid-rise rental supply with a set-aside component to a North Jersey submarket. For developers and lenders, it is a useful reference point for a six-story, mixed-unit affordable set-aside deal in the region.
