Agora Realty Breaks Ground on $375 Million Final Phase of Hylo Park in North Las Vegas
Agora Realty has broken ground on the third and final phase of Hylo Park, a substantial 73-acre mixed-use entertainment development located in North Las Vegas, Nevada. This latest phase represents a $375 million investment across 25 acres, with an anticipated completion in late 2027. The expansion will introduce a 250,000-square-foot multi-sport indoor field house, complementing an existing multi-sport arena and the fully accredited college preparatory Game Changers Sports Academy.
Further enhancing the project's appeal, the final phase will feature an outdoor public space, a community field, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and a family entertainment center. A 177-key Hilton Embassy Suites hotel is also planned. Previous phases of Hylo Park include Hylo Park South, a 90,750-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center completed in July, and The West End, a nearly 400-home residential neighborhood developed by Lennar Corp. This comprehensive development signifies a major addition to North Las Vegas's commercial and recreational infrastructure, offering diverse opportunities for businesses and residents.
