Arizona brokerage builds in-house AI tools to automate agent workflows
Frank Vazquez, broker-owner of Incyte Realty in Scottsdale, Arizona, is building an in-house technology ecosystem designed to automate repetitive work, improve client service and free agents to grow their businesses. Drawing on a background in information systems architecture and software development, he has created proprietary tools for customer relationship management, marketing, home search, recruiting and agent coaching.
According to the interview, the brokerage now has more than 100 agents, roughly 600 transactions a year and a 20% year-over-year rise in volume. Average production per agent climbed from 6.3 transactions to nearly eight after the company rolled out its Console platform. Its AI assistant, Morgan, handles reception, appointment scheduling, text conversations and recruiting outreach across seven internal departments. Incyte also offers The Nyne, a coaching application, and a consumer-facing mortgage tool that generates about 50 to 60 leads a week for participating lenders.
Vazquez cautions other brokers to define a measurable problem before buying or building software, and to avoid overloading agents with tools.
Practical implication: brokerages evaluating AI operations should separate features in use from those still in development and tie each tool to measurable results.
