Beverly Hills-based Max Benjamin Partners has successfully arranged a $74.8 million nonrecourse construction loan for Red Oak Development. This financing will fund the creation of Pine Haven, an 83-townhome property located at 2951 S. Masonic Lane in Flagstaff, Arizona. Cameron Lind of Max Benjamin Partners facilitated the loan for the developer, enabling the progression of this significant residential project.

The Pine Haven community will feature three distinct collections of townhomes—Ponderosa, Aspen, and Juniper—each offering three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a two-car garage, and integrated indoor/outdoor living spaces. A dedicated wellness amenity center, complete with a cold plunge, Spanish cedar sauna, and Japanese meditation room, is also planned as part of the development.

Situated on 13.8 acres within Arizona’s Coconino National Forest, approximately half of the property will be preserved as natural forestland. The development emphasizes environmental integration, including dark-sky compliant lighting and access to an extensive public trail system. First unit sales for Pine Haven are projected to begin in late 2027, adding new housing supply and amenities to the Flagstaff market.
