North Beacon Capital Sells Chandler Center Commons Office Campus for $30.5 Million
Boston-based North Beacon Capital has finalized the sale of Chandler Center Commons, a 10-building office campus in Chandler, Arizona. The property was acquired by Chandler Commons Partners LLC for $30.5 million. This transaction involves a substantial 120,516-square-foot office complex, situated on 11.9 acres at 5500-5590 W. Chandler Blvd. The campus is notably well-occupied, with a 94.4 percent lease rate across its 19 office and medical office tenants, including Action Behavior Centers, Brightmont Academy, Movement Mortgage, and Retail Technology.
Geoffrey Turbow of CBRE facilitated the deal, representing the seller, while Jamie Swirtz, also from CBRE, provided assistance and acts as the property's leasing agent. The Chandler Center Commons benefits from its strategic location, offering convenient access within 2.5 miles of major transportation arteries such as Interstate 10, Loop 101, and Loop 202. Additionally, it is less than two miles from the Chandler Fashion Center. This sale underscores ongoing investor interest in stable, well-located office assets within growing suburban markets, particularly those with strong tenant rosters.
