Hunt Sports Development Unveils Mixed-Use District at Frisco’s Toyota Stadium

Hunt Sports Development is partnering with Peak Curated Development and Venu Holding Corp. to construct a new mixed-use district adjacent to Toyota Stadium and Soccer Center in Frisco, Texas. The project, located on the stadium's east side, will include a boutique hotel, various restaurants, and a convention center. This development is designed to complement a previously planned 1M SF office complex on the stadium's west side.

FC Dallas President Dan Hunt stated that the addition of hospitality, dining, and live entertainment will build upon the stadium's role as a campus anchor, establishing the area as a prominent year-round destination in North Texas. Groundbreaking for the mixed-use district is anticipated for next year. The initial phase will feature an approximately 290-room hotel and over 40,000 square feet of convention, meeting, and event space. This includes more than 25,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space, such as a ballroom, with the flexibility to convert into a 3,000-person music hall. This significant development aims to boost local economic activity and property values around the sports complex.
