Karahan Cos. Secures Seven New Tenants for Fields West Mixed-Use Development in Frisco

The Karahan Cos. has announced the addition of seven new tenants to Fields West, a 55-acre mixed-use development currently underway in Frisco, Texas. These new leases include retailers such as Boll & Branch, Evereve, lululemon, Tecovas, and Warby Parker, alongside restaurants Flower Child and SusieCakes. These businesses join previously announced tenants like Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, and Sweetgreen, further solidifying the project's retail and dining offerings.

Upon its full completion, Fields West is planned to feature 360,000 square feet dedicated to retail, restaurant, and entertainment spaces. The development will also incorporate 350,000 square feet of office space and 1,150 apartment units, creating a comprehensive urban environment. The retail segment of the project, slated to open next year, has already achieved a 75 percent preleased status, with a total of 44 leases signed. This significant pre-leasing activity indicates strong market demand and reduces development risk, providing a clear path to revenue generation for the project's stakeholders.
