Cadence Real Estate Advisors Acquires 132-Unit Apartment Community in Seattle’s Pinehurst Neighborhood
Cadence Real Estate Advisors recently acquired The Court at Northgate, a 132-unit multifamily community situated in Seattle's Pinehurst neighborhood. The property, originally constructed in 1978 on 3.3 acres, was sold by a private seller group for an undisclosed sum. This transaction highlights continued investment activity within Seattle's housing market, particularly for established apartment assets.
The Court at Northgate offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Resident amenities include a central courtyard with a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a game room, a covered barbecue area, and a dog park. Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, facilitated the deal, with Philip Assouad, Giovanni Napoli, Ryan Harmon, Nick Ruggiero, and Anthony Palladino representing both parties. For developers and investors, this acquisition underscores the value placed on well-located, amenity-rich multifamily properties in urban submarkets.
