Framing Underway for $33 Million Senior Housing Development in Arcadia
Framing is currently taking shape for The Ivy at Arcadia, a new $33 million senior housing complex located at 1150 West Colorado Boulevard in Arcadia. Eight months after breaking ground, the project, developed by O&I and Oakmont Management Group, is on track for a Fall 2027 completion, as announced by R.D. Olson Construction.
The three-story building will feature 100 assisted living and memory care apartments, offering a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans. The City of Arcadia approved density bonus incentives for the project, which includes some affordable units. Designed by b.hills architecture and STUDIOSIX5, the development will also provide residents with a fitness center, communal spaces, outdoor areas, and 70 parking vehicles. This site was previously occupied by a restaurant, marking a significant land-use change for the area.
