A new condominium complex, named The Madison, has been introduced to the market in Pasadena's Playhouse Village. Located at 127 N. Madison Avenue, the five-story building features 49 condominiums situated above subterranean parking. Units are available in sizes from 1,036 to 1,856 square feet, with asking prices ranging from $1.5 million to $2.7 million.

Designed by Los Angeles-based architecture firm Struere, the contemporary low-rise development has a C-shaped footprint. It incorporates several amenities for residents, including a central courtyard, a rooftop deck, an amphitheater, and a putting green. The Agency Pasadena, represented by Gus Ruela, is handling the sales for the property. This project is noted as the largest single release of new condominiums in Pasadena in recent years. Toledo Homes, an active developer in the area, has also completed similar projects nearby. For developers and investors, this signifies continued demand and opportunity within Pasadena's residential market, particularly for luxury condominium offerings.
