The portfolio includes the Amberwood Apartments, a 133-unit community located at 923 Alturas Road, which sold for $24.2 million. The second property, Rosewood Apartments, a 73-unit community situated at 338 Ammunition Road, was acquired for $12.4 million. In total, the transaction involved 206 residential units across both properties.

Shane Shafer and Brian Anderson of Colliers represented the sellers, identified as Amber Creek Associates LTD and Rosewood Associates LTD, in these separate transactions.
